Hello everyone!

Orders regarding BTA Apparel: (the "t-shirt & hat project")
have been all completed and your merchandise is now in!

Our BTA Apparel Chairperson: Scott Hough will be available during the day at the Clubhouse on October 2nd, 2010 - working on our Information Center. You can meet up with him then to pick up your merchandise. Or if you'd like to get your items sooner, contact him at 262-661-4523 (home phone).

Scott would like to thank all of you for being so patient & understanding while he was taking on what turned out to be a very frustrating ordeal for him - due to many problems with our past supplier/screenprinter. Scott had to start this project all over again from scratch and began working with a company who wanted to complete our project. They did a tremendous job in finding the proper camouflage clothing that we wanted, and were much more willing to communicate with us regarding our needs.

Thank you to Scott for a job very well done - sorry it turned out to be such a headache for you!!!

Update from Scott Hough on our BTA Information Center...

Timeline being completed by Austin Hough & the Boys Scouts:

PHASE #1: Austin, the Scouts & friends got the first part of the project done.
All holes were dug. There are 10 post holes in total.
Cement was poured in the 4 holes for the info center, and is curing.
The 4x4's have been cut and installed for the info center and the course markers.
Everything is level and straight.

PHASE #2: Saturday: October 2nd, 2010.
WE WILL BE STARTING THE SECOND PART!!!
Putting the roof on the information center.
Getting the map boxes locked on to the posts, plus some added paint.
We have a couple ladders now, but could always use a few more ladders.
Also needed: nailers, hammers, and some strong BTA backs.
Donuts & coffee in the morning, and meatball subs for lunch.
YES - FREE FOOD!!!

PHASE #3: Date To Be Announced.
Will be getting the 4/8 sheet set on and the plexiglass sheet installed.
Arial map of the club to be done, and hooks added to the back for hanging bows.

PHASE #4: Early Spring 2011 (probably before the Paw Thaw Shoot).
Mulching the areas. Have maps for each course made - along with score sheets.
Put in map boxes and set up the map inside the info center.
Ranges will be highlighted by color - which will match the mail boxes.
Put up the cork board for flyers.

Scott Hough

P.S. We have 4 extra bags of cement if needed for the ladder stands.
